• Estimated pricing will vary, but it is believed that prices will be around $1000 PSF for entry level, about $2000 PSF for higher end units.
• The design is being made so that almost every resident has a one-of-a-kind condo.
• You may make a reservation now, with a 10% refundable deposit. Once units are offered for sale, buyers with deposits will be able to make selections and choose to move forward with a certain unit. Reservations may be canceled, and deposits would be returned.
