Majestic Properties has achieved over $5 billion in sales since its inception. Majestic was named fastest-growing,privately-held, full-service U.S. real estate company by INC. 500 Magazine, and introduced the Modern Loft concept to South Florida, with four boutique South Beach loft buildings named Fountainhead, Ilona, Manhattanand Sundance. In addition to creating the modern loft concept in the early years, Majestic introduced rooftop terraces, deep living balconies, plasma walls between living and bedroom areas as well as full glass-wall baths.
By 2000, land was rare and expensive on South Beach, so Majestic ventured into uncharted territory in neighborhoods that were 5 to 15 minutes away, but where land was but asmall fraction of the cost. Morr and Majestic pioneered development in the Biscayne Corridor with Ice, Ice², Ten Museum Park, Sky Residence, Midtown Miami, Ios on the Bay, Marquis, Paramount Bay, Cite, Nirvana and more. In North Bay Village, they launched Skyand Space01. In North Beach, they launched Vilamur and Vilasol. Consecutively in Miami Beach, they sold Canyon Ranch Living, Artecity, South of Five, The Neville, Caribbean, Vitri, Magnolia and more. In Hollywood, Florida, Majestic launched and sold Regent Park and the Tides, selling 600 units in the first day at the Tides. Majestic collaborates with developers and architects in the conceptualization, master planning, unit mix, design, finish, branding and marketing of flagship developments and has sold over $3 billion in developer inventory in the last dozen years. Majestic buildings and communities have achieved premiums of between 50 to 100% over neighboring properties because their concept, design, fit, finish and branding were always a notch or two ahead.

Majestic opened its flagship office on Lincoln Road, South Beach in 2003, which is exclusively available to Top Producers. In 2005, Majestic opened an additional office at 35 NE 40th Street, in the Miami Art and Design District situated in the heart of the burgeoning Biscayne Corridor. The office is strategically located to serve the areas of Midtown, Downtown, Edgewater, Park West, Overtown, Miami Shores and the Design District which are the evolving new key areas of Miami. This sales office is also the location of Majestic’s headquarters and in-house marketing, branding and design division.
